Beautiful panorma, that lighting is just gorgeous. Yosemite has been photographed countless times, but I think this is the first shot I've seen of it that really gives you a feeling of what it's like to actually be there.

Thank you. This is by far one of my favorite shots. It was absolutely amazing. What was even crazier was that 10 mins before i composed the shots for this panorama their was actually lightning striking in the middle of the yellow part of the sky on the left. No luck shooting those strikes that time tho.

I'm not really sure the lightning would have worked all that well in this shot, actually. I think it may have taken too much attention away from the landscape itself. The lightning works very well in your other photo because it's right in the center and the field of view isn't all that wide, but the panromic effect puts a lot more emphasis on the landscape in this shot so that it doesn't need anything extra to enhance it.
