I love mountain scenics, you should head out my way to the Canadian Rockies. Great composition using rule of thirds.

Thank you my friend. I would love to to make another trip back to canada! Two years ago i spent some time in Vancouver cruise around BC as far north as Hope. I would absolutely LOVE to visit Banff.

Beautiful shot, I love the different colors in the trees.

There's something about the foreground that is bugging me... maybe if you had angled up the camera a little more it might have been better, I can see that you were following the rules of the thirds so your composition is great, to me it feels like the foreground isn't contributing anything to the picture.

Hope it helps :D

I can see where you are coming from. I was hoping the foreground would show the different layers of vegetation that surround the sawtooths. The bushes, shrubs, and marshes, then the forest layers and then the gorgious peak. Do you think that 4x5 dimension would look better for this photograph by taking out park of the sky and the bushes?

oh ok now that I see that... I think that it might not be a bad idea to take out some of the bushes but I think that the amount of sky you have is good so I would leave that as is.

awesome. Thanks so much for your input. I was playing around with cropping in the psd and the photo does look much better with about 1/4 of the foreground cropped out. THanks again :)
