Artist's Comments

This is, by far, one of my favorite places to visit and photograph. I have so many fond memories of this place. In high school we used to come here to film our sub-par performances of Macbeth for English, and in the summer the boys and I hold contests to see who can stand underneath the frigid waterfall the longest. So far I am the undefeated champion! I also had my first kiss with the girlfriend at this beautiful canyon waterfall.

Eastern Sierras, California.

This is one of my favorite places to photograph as well... One of the few things I miss about Bishop is the Buttermilk Falls.

I like that the rocks are not completely frozen. The frosty edges are a great edge
