I think that Bryce Canyon Sunset belongs in one of Nolan's masterpieces.

Starting at the top, the colour transition of the sky is simply gorgeous. The left to the middle section of the sky is a great combonation with the colours of the canyon below. The purples and blues to the left of the image end the frame perfectly by breaking up the similar colours. At the same time, that off colour doesn't distract and make you want to look there first.

The depth of field in this image is also fantastic. It makes me want to lean in closer to the image and see what else I can sse in those canyons.

I do believe that at the time of taking the photo, that there should be more of the lower image visible. As in, using a more wide angle lens to also see more of the canyon below. Either way, it is a fantastic shot that was caught at the perfect time of day.
